Workers’ Comp Form 18M

Workers’ Comp Form 18M is applicable to Injuries by Accident or Occupational Illness on or After July 5, 1994

Worker’s Comp Form 18M use is to protect medical benefits. Two years after the last payment of compensation in a North Carolina workers’ comp case, abrupt termination of North Carolina Workers’ Compensation medical treatment can have distressing consequences for the worker’s compensation claim.   To prevent this from happening, North Carolinians can use Worker’s Comp Form 18M as a simple and effective way to prevent this from happening. For more information on Form 18M, contact one of our Board-Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorneys at King Law Firm
