Monique Kreisman
Monique Kreisman was born and raised in North Carolina. She attended Meredith College and earned a B.A. in Political Science and English. Monique graduated summa cum laude from Campbell University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Campbell Law Review and competed in several national moot court competitions. During law school, Monique completed internships at N.C. Prisoner Legal Services, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the Federal Public Defender’s Office, and the Wake County District Attorney’s Office.
Before joining King Law Firm, Monique served for three years as a law clerk for a United States Magistrate Judge in Wilmington, N.C. In that role, she gained valuable experience in the federal court system. She now practices criminal defense in state and federal court and family law. Monique lives in Wilmington with her husband, Trey, and their dog and cat.
